There have been a few of you who have asked how they can help to take this project to the next level, while I don’t have everything figured out, I’m excited to find out through trial and error. In time I would love to study more about business and entrepreneurship, I would most likely reach out to the Chamber of Commerce and ask for resources dedicated to the small business as I have every intention to turn this project into a full time job and assemble a team that I can work with together, I have many skills that I’m looking to sharpen and put them to good use and I’m asking you all to believe in me, in us, in my best friend who will soon join this project and a few others who have expressed interest as well. I have struggled with the thought about the way in which I can show you all that I am serious about this project, that I am committed, that I have spent many sleepless nights dedicated to this project, a lot of time and resources have been poured into it and I hope that it won’t be in vain, the jury is still out of that one. I have this fantastic space that I am not making full use of because it feels like I’m always stuck in the first gear. What I want to do is, to transition from my main full time job into running the radio full time, I want to read more, I want to research more, I want to travel more, I want to meet more people, I want to collaborate with more of you, I miss collaborating with Frances who by the way has vanished from twitter after her account either deleted or suspended or Michelin who by the way is one of the most fantastic human beings that I have ever met. The simplest way in which anyone can help is too follow us on our social media pages and invite everyone they might think would be interested in listening to some thoughts and music, many of you already have expressed how much you loved my playlist so far and that is exactly why I am still trying. It’s not easy to run a project when you’re struggling with anxiety, panic, ptsd and insomnia among many things, you may have heard me mention that before but I am still trying and I badly need for this to succeed. So far I have created a simple yet elegant web page that I’m looking to add more content to but I need time, time that isn’t a lot left when you have a full time job, when getting to the job takes 40 minutes in Vegas traffic, when the little time we have off is when we need to decompress and not feel like we’re constantly struggling to make ends meet because our places of employment are short staffed and forces us to work six and sometimes seven days in a row without extra remuneration, without extra benefits, without accruing time off. While the wages have gone up a bit in an effort to attract new applications there are strings attaches and conditions that need to be met in order to qualify for the little extra that has been offered. In addition to signing up to our social media pages and recommending us to your family and loved once, consider giving us shout outs, if you happen to know someone who is more than happy to give us a shout out please let us know so we can reach out to them, there is currently no budget allocated to advertising which means we have to rely on the kindness of the people to spread the word around, we’re a startup and we need all the help that we can get. Consider writing a recommendation that we can post on our page that would encourage others to believe in our project and contribute to our success in any way they choose just as you have. I believe in the freedom of choice, please do not support this project if you don’t believe in, if you don’t like it, if you don’t think it’s going anywhere. For now it’s a hobby, for now it’s a side gig but we are looking to turn it into a full time job as I mentioned earlier, If and when we do a good job please consider contributing to our project via the buymeacoffee platform and allow us to make our dream a smashing success, for a second I thought I’d write “make our dream a reality” but I had to remind myself that it’s already a reality, now it’s time to switch gears and fight for its survival. The smallest contribution that you can make is 1 dollars, the average price of a song on iTunes. You can do it as a one-time thing or you can submit a contribution in a recurring manner. We are asking you to take a chance on us and on our dream. If you have any feedback we are more than welcome to it and if you have ideas on how to help this project please feel free to share those too. That’s it for today, please reach out to us via twitter and let us know what you thought of today’s talk show and if you want another one tomorrow. Have a wonderful day and thank you for tuning in.
